We curate and select the best micro batch,  single origin beans throughout Costa Rica.

Our batches are roasted in limited quantities, vary year-round and are offered based on market availability. All of our batches are tested for the highest quality and taste standards.

The majority of farmers we work with are independent growers that produce less than 45 KG per harvest. We pay the farmer a premium for their specialty product and make it affordable by eliminating intermediaries.
